Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS.

We have a 14 day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. All tags must be on and in it's original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start your exchange email priorityartstshirts@gmail.com. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Items shipped back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Damages

Priority Arts is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages after it is dropped off to the shipping carrier. you would have to contact the carrier.

SHIPPING

Orders are usually processed and shipped out in 4 to 7 business days, in some cases it can take 2 weeks. Shipping is only available to the USA, we are working on expanding.
